Using a Template

Click Create New Study

From your dashboard, click the Create New Study button.

Choose a Template

Instead of typing in the chat, look for the template options. Click on the template that matches your research type.

Customize the Template

The template loads into your study. Review and customize:
  • Replace placeholder text with your specific brand/product
  • Adjust questions for your research objectives
  • Add or remove sections as needed

Save Your Study

Click Save Changes when you’re done customizing.

Adjust Questions

  • Remove questions that aren’t relevant to your research
  • Add questions for topics the template doesn’t cover
  • Modify wording to match your brand voice

Modify Sections

  • Combine sections if they feel redundant
  • Add new sections for your specific needs
  • Reorder sections for logical flow
After loading a template, you can use the AI chat to make changes: “Add questions about sustainability” or “Remove the competitor section.”
