Learn how to effectively manage your studies in Deepfield, from making edits to organizing your research projects.

Editing a Study

Opening the Editor

  1. Click on any study from your dashboard
  2. You’ll enter the Study Editor with four main tabs:
    • Interview Guide - Edit questions and structure
    • Recruit - Manage participants
    • Responses - View collected data
    • Analysis - Access reports

Making Changes

In the Interview Guide tab, you can:
  • Edit question text - Click on any question to modify it
  • Reorder questions - Drag and drop to change order
  • Add new questions - Use the AI chat or add manually
  • Delete questions - Remove questions you don’t need
  • Modify sections - Reorganize your study structure
If your study is published, editing capabilities are limited to protect data integrity. Major changes require creating a new study.

Best Practices for Organization

Use consistent naming conventions. Include project codes, dates, or client names in study titles for easy identification.Example: “2024-Q1 Brand Study - Energy Drink”
